We have been prayerfully working to enhance your experience with ECS-NJ. As we reflect on the past few months, it has become clear that while we have been blessed to do good works in the communities we serve, there is always more we can do to engage and uplift faithful readers like you.
It’s not too late to make use of these resources to mark this Sunday as “ECS Sunday.” Even if you haven’t planned ahead, make mention in your sermons, discuss at announcements, talk about it in coffee hour. This is our opportunity as a diocese to confirm our commitment to Gospel Justice and to being Christ’s hands and feet on the earth.

We are no longer accepting any letters of intent for 2024 grants
On March 2, 2024, the National Poor People’s Campaign is holding Mass Poor People’s and Low Wage Workers’ Statehouse Assemblies in 31+ state capitals across the country, and we encourage you to participate and encourage others to join you in the march to the New Jersey State House that day.
(ECS-NJ) is making significant improvements to its grant program going forward. As a result, churches applying for and receiving ECS-NJ grants will receive more support during the application process and the grant period.
